If simply hispanic that should not be something visible to a patrolling cop. Frankly, I have 3 traffic tickets. Two were pure BS - I earned the other. While the BS tickets were issued politely, they were still crap - but it was easier to pay them than to fight them. The BS tickets were IMO all about money - although at night - what cop can tell black or white? Bob
