If they went out of business and there was an increased demand for new homes, it would takes years and possibly even decades to recreate the highly proprietary information and technological knowhow the present crop of losers possess.

Shack building isn't rocket science.

It would be difficult in the extreme to lose whatever intelligence exists in current HBs. If there is proprietary knowledge it would most certainly be more efficiently employed in a survivor than in the walking dead. The great thing about allowing failed companies to fail is that it frees up intellectual capital for more productive enterprise.

ROTFL! Why don't we just bulldoze all the homes they built since 2006 that are unoccupied, paying them whatever they ask for them. That would surely be "stimulative".

We are soooooooo fcuked!
