I have to agree with your precedents, except that in those cases, the company and its agents were implicated in the fraud. The "fraud" in question here in my opinion, is not being perpetrated by the company, and thus I would not expect to see any devaluation as the result of an investigation.

An aside S(pin doctor) Martin... have you EVER posted a point of view on this thread without coming across as presenting the information in the worst possible way?? You should consider tempering your sorry style by occasionally presenting facts without your trademark negative spin.
