You see thats where I disagree....once it is determined that excess shares have come into existence I think trading will be halted on the stock.....the exccess shorters will be fined, perhaps put out of business, but IN NO WAY will they be allowed to trade non-existant stock.....I think that if there is ILLEGALLY created stock here we are all going to take a bath.....the stock will reopen worthless as Smartin said earlier.....so what is the real story? Is there an illegal float going on or is it just a big short position? The implications could spell wealth or disaster, and until I can determine which is which the risk is too great to step in big.

I am long RMIL, and not trying to bust this bubble, but common sense is nagging me and has me wondering just how long before an investigation shuts down trading.....best of luck and happy Halloween to all..........'^)
