I'd say that orchestrating the closest thing we have seen to a bloodless coup of the U.S. would have to take some intelligence. Even if part of that intelligence is hiring the people who can make that happen. He has gotten sloppy (Van Jones, ACORN, and other Czars/advisors), but he has pretty effectively hoodwinked half of the US population. That isn't done by dimwits.
