I did not ask.

I must say that the "invasion of privacy" standard is an amorphous one. Jill took me to task for attempting to find "loopholes" in the Terms of Use, thus forcing SI to make its Terms of Use "more complicated and wordy." I believe, however, that this is a small price to pay for providing posters with sufficient notice of what conduct can get them booted from SI. If SI wants to have rules, fine, but it must make them clear. This is only fair.

To her credit, Jill restored Lew's posting privileges right away, and did not force him to wait in the three-day penalty box. I'm ready to move on, and I suspect Lew is also.

So, what's our next topic? When do ya'll think the BD report is coming out? <ggg>
