The 2009 budget....the monstrosity....was done in Sept. 2008. Guess who was still president then. Can you tell the thread the size of deficit that budget proposed?

Uh....the 2008 budget was done in 2007 Exactly. Things were improving from 2004 to 2007. 2008 budget is Pelosi/Reid budget, which is when things started to go downhill. 2009 and onwards are Pelosi/Reid/Obama budgets, which is when wheels fall off the cart:
