Oh, you mean 'started by', organized by....

Well, yes... but if the National Market Place for insurance plans, (once set up), if not actually *funded by* the government then, so what?

WHO is 'them'?

I know of NO PLANS to have any public subsidies go to the PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANIES who may choose to list some of their insurance plans on this proposed national marketplace (unlike the Bush-passed Medicare Advantage subsidies).

And the one public insurance plan that may (or may not) be offered there along side the many private ones is going to be legally forbidden to offer insurance coverage for elective abortions --- which is entirely CONSISTENT with what federal law has said since the Hyde Amendment was enacted in 1976....
