Al, ask yourself this. If deficit spending is necessary because of the economy, will Obama reduce spending once the economy recovers? I think even you know the answer to that. Like I said, any excuse to increase the budget. I don't expect there to be another stimulus nor another TARP...the rest is expense management and tax receipts. I will remind you that the only president coming close to balancing the budget in recent history was a democrat. Al
