If I understand you correctly, you forsee the chance of a version of reset that fails to address the structural problems? That is a very cool idea. So, if that is what you are thinking--and I'm not sure--are there versions of reset that would address the structural problems?

Japan, UK my guess, regardless of which whole system resets.
