This is baloney ..... liberal self-congratulation. First, define yourselves as "creative and intelligent" then declare where you live as special. Those states don't create their own industries like MN, WA State, OR, CA, NC ... Whoops you included a bad southern state in there. But in fact industries and businesses do get started in places other than liberal dominated states. Most of the west coasts high tech industries started as defense department projects, you know. Obama will make sure that doesn't happen anymore for a long time. And those states are living on past glories now unlikely to be repeated. Liberals have been dragging down CA's economy, education sytem for decades.
