I'd be the last person to want to release these people. But Obama's brand of justice is not ONE BIT BETTER than GWB's. And it has a ton of additional problems associated with it. I've never known you to be logical in thought or anything but a partisan hack and that isn't going to change now. But there is no logical basis for this decision other than a confused notion of the law that Obama and his scoundrel AG adhere to.
