>> Now, in eleven months, Obama has done just this.

This, of course, isn't true. Bush could have done the same thing, but he recognized these people are not merely criminals, they're enemies. And you don't treat them like common criminals.

These guys have NO CHANCE of walking. Holder says that even if the 9/11 "evidence" turns out to be tainted by Bush torture, they'll be IMMEDIATELY charged with previous acts of terrorism and returned to jail.

And you think THIS is going to be viewed as "justice" by the people Obama is trying to impress? It isn't justice at all, when you say, "We're going to try you but no matter how the trial comes out, you're going to be treated as though you were convicted".

I'd be the last person to want to release these people. But Obama's brand of justice is not ONE BIT BETTER than GWB's. And it has a ton of additional problems associated with it.

I've never known you to be logical in thought or anything but a partisan hack and that isn't going to change now. But there is no logical basis for this decision other than a confused notion of the law that Obama and his scoundrel AG adhere to.

If KSM gets his charged dismissed, will you support releasing him?
