So you believe every clinic hospital and doctor in the country is exactly equal?

We have little insight into who is good and who isn't. The statistics are averages.

So you believe every clinic hospital and doctor in the country is exactly equal? The performance of every procedure?

Of course not. Nobody said anything like that.

But if I have to choose a hospital (something I have thus far avoided in my lifetime), I'm going to take my chances in the USA over anywhere else.

Is this your gold standard? (Move the target when you are proven wrong.)

So if we could provide half as good care to 99.9% of the population as we do now you would be pleased with the result? That would probably be close to the quality of care most people receive under "government option" systems today.
