Holder's inability to justify the reason to try KSM in civilian court proves that this isn't about KSM.

The fact that he didn't prepare shows just how arrogant he and Obama are.

Of course the first thing their lawyers will do is demand a change of venue to the civilians courts. On what conceivable basis is the judge supposed to rule?

I'm concerned also about Holder's and Obama's pronouncments that they will be convicted and sentenced to death. You have the President and the Chief law enforcement officer of the United States announcing very publicly an opinion on the guilt of the defendants. KSM and Co. have been given a gift wrapped argument that it will be impossible for them to get a fair trial anywhere in the United States as a result.
