It is interesting that the market has been usually delayed in response to SNDK's news. Here are some of the examples:

SNDK moved up from $13-14 to $22-23 two days after Hitachi and SanDisk signed flash patent cross-licensing pact in July.

After the announcement that SNDK has settled disputes and signed cross-license agreement with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. (SEC), it took about a week for SNDK to move up from about $22 to $31 in Aug.
