No need to actually find a live passenger pigeon. They'll hack a dishonest scientist's computer and find an email saying that he knowingly used unreliable data when he claimed that they are extinct, et voila, you have the proof that they are not extinct at all because the scientist turns out to be a cooking his data. That is good enough to prove that the birds are still around.

They just left the US and now are a domestic species in Europe.

You sound like you did not read Mish's article. Those that were hacked have not even bothered to deny that they were involved in a huge fraud.

You are trying to use a moronic form of humor to deflect the fact that the lucrative business of global warming was based on faked data.

The fact that Mish finds this credible is good enough for me. One may not always agree with his conclusions but there is no denying his meticulous attention to detail and fact checking.
