So you assume that we would keep losing 700k jobs a month forever if it wasn't for the stimulus package? That's ridiculous.

With or without any government action job losses won't stay consistent month to month, and sooner or later will be disappear and then reverse to job growth. Deciding that the 200k for October is lower than it would have been without the stimulus, and esp. claiming a specific number of jobs "created or saved" requires "reading the tea leaves", or just making something up.
