I'm not sure Graham and McCain would have HAD to vote completely against their party if Obama had brought them in from the getgo. They could have come up with a bill that accomplished MOST goals and was able to get "some" support from the Republican side. Myself, I don't see what's wrong with "Tort Reform" to at least some extent, if it means that Doctors won't have to automatically order EVERY test available because they're so afraid of being sued. At this rate we won't have anybody in this country that wants to deliver a baby because it's a lawsuit nightmare. I think Obama's people went in thinking they could get anything they wanted because they had all the seats they needed, but they forgot that those people weren't ALL liberal dems from liberal districts and they might actually want to get reelected.
