The package did indeed come via Federal Express. The reason that I mentioned derivatives (options) is that the form enclosed with the package asks for a listing of all securities, including common stock, puts, and calls. I would think that options are indeed a part of the liability for management, since their alleged misdeeds caused damage for options holders as well.

Of course, this is just my opinion. I am not an attorney and I am not qualified to give legal advice. You should consult with an attorney for a better answer.
