Huh? Try to play the "same" game.

Cut $200Bn per year from the $700Bn we now spend on "defense?"
(ie Gov't intervention and help) and spend it on nation building (our nation) alternate energy research and industry funding, health care for all Americans,...and let us see what happens.

Do you think we could do that or are we already a military state?

And oh btw, we would still be the most powerful military nation the world has ever seen at $500Bn per year.

The military has developed a model of ex-military officers moving directly from miltary service ( where they order weapons and other things ) into lucrative private sector military contractor positions ( where they sell those items ). Other industries such as big Pharma and big insurance are developing the same models.

It's not good for America.
