I wish.

But when you're talking about housing it is hard to miss the big gorilla - the fact that delinquent mortgages are high and still rising and likely to set a new record by year end.

And that the inventory of homes that are either "for sale" or 60 days delinquent is 3x the normal inventory.

It is hard to see how we're making a lot of progress here.
