I used to be a Checker shareholder but not anymore, and as for the taste? Here in Tampa, Fla. Checkers was voted(by the people) on having the best tasting burger the last 2 years.(Over Mickey D's and BK). I think it was more the management that brought the stock to $1, rather than the food. Just my 2 cents...

Joe,

One reason CHKR has a larger upside potential than RLLY is due to
it's double drive through design, RLLY's I understand has only one
drive thru bay. Another reason, at least as of a year ago, is that
the food was in fact better but that may have changed under the new
mgt. I was also told that CHKR makes their own fries fresh on a
daily basis instead of buying them frozen. These debtholders may
not sell their stock if they see a bright future in CHKR. I believe
they have the right to hold onto their stock and sell at market prices
at anytime in the future. RLLY is making a very nice move to the
upside, and CHKR did on a smaller basis today as well. Possibly fund
mgr's were indeed selling thier holdings (to a small degree) and may
now be buying back in. I'm bullish on both stocks, but believe the
upside on CHKR is much greater long term than RLLY due to the reasons
mentioned above. If buyout occurs, who knows?
