That's a load of crap......I'd like to have my income capped at what, 15%? And you're trying to alibi for it???

And when you continue to toss around marginal rates of 50% or so, why don't you remind your readers of the point when that kicks in....I know it will lose some if its impact on Joe Sixpack but lets be honest...
