You apparently don't even have a grasp of the concept of fiscal conservatism let alone actively subscribe to its principles.

fiscal conservative
noun
One who favors a balanced budget, preferring spending cuts or tax increases to borrowing.

This describes me. In order for you to justify your insulting claim you have to assume that socialized medicine is a social good exempt from being analyzed under fiscal conservative values.

This leads to the assumption that spending on healthcare is an expense of society. Only then does my position that patients have rights to determine what kind of care they receive justify being judged for fiscal conservatism.

For the time being socialized medicine is not a fact. Government death panels do not yet have the right or obligation to analyze costs of cancer care to determine if society can afford to keep people alive.
