The article is a thinly veiled attempt to guilt trip America into a bankrupting mistake.

That article didn't advocate for the health care bill. It simply identified the essence of the two sides and asked the question: do we really want to stifle our economic vitality to provide for some of the currently uninsured? Your answer to that and mine would be "no." Brooks certainly didn't answer "yes." Even having just read "Mistakes Were Made" I have trouble imagining the kind of mental contortion where everything that isn't a screaming repudiation of Obamacare as zealous advocacy. Boggles the mind.
