If you are interested in being informed on this subject you would do well to forget about Frontline, which has an agenda roughly equivalent to that of Michael Moore in "Sicko".

There are a lot of "mistakes" in the numbers that get thrown around by various advocates. Advocates tend not to look behind the numbers when superficial treatment is salable and sexy.

Nonetheless, there are ways that overhead could be reduced. I don't see anything in the pending legislation that is directly on point. Guess they just overlooked that...
