If not a single piece of evidence we have on the dude hasn't come from torture or other extra-constitutional means, I wouldn't mind him walking. I just can't imagine that's the case.

But he probably won't, just like Eric Holder won't give straight answers to the concerns about KSM walking because of the civilian venue. "Just trust us" is the theme here.

Think about what you just wrote...we elect a president who appoints an AG, who is a legal scholar, and you seem to think that you have the better track on his job. It's ludicrous.
