Of course it will -- if it finds a person isn't qualified to receive the benefits.

That's NOT denial of benefits...that's fraud avoidance.

Except we know what the numbers are and there are, on average, 5,000 such cases a year from the payers that constitute about 80% of the market place.

Those are just the people who are DROPPED, not the ones who are denied from the start...man, I can't believe i am having this conversation with this guy.

How do you know this Asstalker? Because the insurance companies CLAIMED it? Do you have ANY support, other that their ditto'd asstalk? Were the tobacco company executives telling the truth when they ALL said they believed nicotine was NOT addictive before congress?
