I don't disagree with you about the sickening games on Wall Street.
I partially agree with your definitions, and I think there is
a manipulation going on constantly.

At some point the major brokerages have to make a good recommendation
that works to make their clients money. If they don't, they are
going to lose their most favored and biggest customers, such as the
big customers in the trust departments. They cannot afford to screw
up time and time again.

So, maybe, this recommendation is in earnest. I would not be surprised
to see more Buy recommendations come on ASND.

Look for the Analysts meeting in San Diego, today ot tomorrow on
high tech companies. Ascend is in their coverage. It would be
interesting to see what they think!

Addi, I would agree that a strong buy issued AT THE TOP OF A RANGE
could be interpreted that way, a strong buy AT THE BOTTOM OF A RANGE
is usually based on valuation - and hopefully the start of a new
trend.
