Wouldn't surprise me after the tactics he uses with rent-a-mobs and getting even with Germany declining his campaign stop last year. Just like a child having a temper tantrum.

This is about putting Officers who have no combat experience in a position to pass judgement on warriors. Has happened in all Armies for centuries. In the AF, they refer to it as the "Blue Air Force" and the "Green Air force." The blue are bureaucrats and the green fight. This could have come out of the Army bureaucrats in the Jail system, or from SO officers who came up though the support SO functions. The details will leak out.
