I don't expect an answer but where is Robert Gibbs. Does he know any of these weekend talkers and folks from the leading newspapers. What is Gibbs's job. A question well worth asking. It might be, however, that the press is so far into the immediate game scoring stuff rather than long term assessment that no presidential spokesperson, no matter how gifted, could change it.
