The gap it left on Fridays trade ($128 5/8) on the opening must be filled.

The DOJ is expecting a response from MSFT later this week. I believe it could drive the price lower in one quick spike.<

As I know, MSFT got two weeks extension from court. So, will you adjust your timing ?

Texas prosecutors said Friday an investigation into alleged antitrust
violations by Microsoft Corp has been hampered by secrecy clauses in
the software giant's contracts with computer makers. Texas Attorney
General Dan Morales sought a court order to nullify so-called
"non-disclosure provisions" written into contracts with Microsoft,
which dominates the market for computer operating systems worldwide.
"Manufacturers are afraid to come forward with information because
