Who is your broker? Are you trading on the web? It is normally much easier to get order in over the net. You need a good web broker if you want to do OEX.

QUESTION: in-person vs phone vs internet trades

Mohan, et al,

I can go to my broker's office fairly easily - does anyone have
any experience comparing the different approaches during a high
volume day when the phones aren't answered? Do you think it will
depend on the brokerage?

I have both Smith Barney and Schwab accounts.
