Apparently the LAW in Florida says that a suspect DOESN'T HAVE TO give a statement to the police... only required to show proof of insurance, vehicle ownership, and a valid driver's license (all of which he did). After that it's just a minor no-alcohol-involved one car fender bender, no complaining witnesses at all, and a couple of high-priced lawyers and an over-worked got-better-things-to-be-doing local police force....

I think Buddy covered that question for you... in the State of Florida you only have to show proof of insurance and whatever else pertaining to the incident, you don't have to say anything nor do you have to explain any scratches on your face... wow, you must have some vendetta against Tiger Woods... I was a State law enforcement officer for the State of Florida for more than ten years, I conducted thousands of felony allegations all the way up to and including murder and child kidnapping... you need to follow the evidence, not the gossip... evidence makes the case, not gossip... you need evidence before you can charge anyone, you can't conjure up some imaginary things and then charge someone, you have absolutely no probable cause to arrest or even investigate anything other than your own rich and wild imagination... Once any credible evidence emerges, I would be the first to pursue it aggressively, but until then you have nothing but hot air...<g> GZ
