seems a lone policeman..dropped him on the street shot him as he attempted to run away sounds like he was about to become the next victim, he was investigating a stolen car & heard the dude walking up behind him. ------ I remember Huckabee's wife campaigning for him here in Seattle ...she said the US must maintain the world's strongest military because, "if someone dares to defy us, we can stomp on them with both feet."

A cop killer got shot 80 times in Pasco county a while back ... reporter asked the sheriff why his men shot the dude 80 times and he said it was because they ran out of ammo.

Marion Humphrey, the Little Rock judge who urged clemency for Clemmons in 2000 told ABC News today that he was horrified and hurt that the man he recommended for leniency would be accused of such a crime. "I did what I did, and I stand behind what I did. I regret what has happened and I acknowledge responsibility for what I did," Humphrey said. "At the time he appeared to me to be a person who was trying to get his life back together."
