I'm not really "worrying" about them....

(I've expected them to go 'down the drain' for a long time now, since as far back as the Clinton era when the last significant bout of famine hit their people.)

Only question seems to be 'how long' can the current corrupt/crazy Autocrats hold on? (And, unfortunately, as Machiavelli's "lowest blade of grass" theory of leadership survival suggest... they can probably hold on for quite a while more yet. Until they are knee-deep in the skulls of their own citizens, a la Pol Pot and Cambodia.)

I am of the considered opinion that most *any* aid to them only PROLONGS the survival of the elites and the big criminals at the top of society... so perhaps 'best', (though certainly not without significant pain and downside) to just let nature take it's course, while blocking all of their weapons exporting and currency counterfeit's access to global markets.

Without the cash they will crumble all the faster.
