Is there any possibility that the TA is getting a kickback from ALL of the Euto Market Makers?

I guess EUTO can switch TA's and/or file a complaint with the SEC. It would just be better to FORCE the TA to retire those shares. Are there any SEC rules/regulations regarding time frames in which the shares must be retired? I guess they are stalling (wonder why?? could the TA have shorted EUTO stock??). I'm willing to wait as long as it takes.

Thank You Alan for putting that so well. Now for anyone wondering why the price is still clamped where it is there is your answer. As I personally have spoken with the TA a # of times and found out that what they are saying about the process has been totally inaccurate and I am sure that many of you have also. Like I really wonder why they would be so inaccurate, Yeah Right.
So if you haven't noticed yet it seems we actually are at war with the powers to be so be ready for anything. I think this even further enforces the point of a HUGE undeclared short position and what some may try to deter us from resolving that issue. Another one of those speed bumps on the way.
Well I was told plenty of times when I was a child that I was strong willed <G> and somehow I get the feeling there may be a few out here like I am and I think that determination will win out on this one. I agree with the ball being in EUTO's court and I too have made my feelings known to them on the TA situation.

Looking foreward to the Squeeze with interest as the penalty for delays.

IMO

Alan, thank you for that clear summary. I have not had any direct communication with the company, so I only have the opinion of other long term shareholders, that the company is concerned for us shareholders.

However, I am somewhat confused by this whole retiring of stock process. Since it is the company that is retiring them, I would think that they would be following up to make sure it is completed. Why would they issue a press release regarding the stock reduction, and not follow through to verify that it is being done? I think it is great that you and others continue to check with the TA and have also made your feelings known to EUTO? But why haven't they been more actively involved in this process? It is not the shareholders who requested the shares to be retired, but the company. I can see that the TA may be able to delay the process, but not ignore it. Somehow something doesn't add up here.

Also, regarding the 50 million shares, I don't think Jim ever said that the company was buying back the shares, but just that he trusted Brad when he said the company was going to take care of things. In one of your previous posts, you said the company was buying back the shares. Do you know this officially? If so, how do you know this, and in what time frame is this suppose to happen.

I hope no one interprets this a negative post. I am holding and waiting. However, I am not ready to blame the TA yet, except perhaps for incompetence, until I understand what the role of EUTO management is in this process. I hope someone can clarify this for me.

Thanks.

Judith

Alan, I NOW HAVE MORE TIME TO CALL FOR MORE CERTS (IMO). This latest snafu with the TA's math will probably take awhile (weeks?) to resolve. That should be plenty of time for me to call for and receive certificates without fear of having certificates being non-tradable because they are in transit at the time I want to trade.

Hesitant investors may now want to call for certificates, (or half of their certificates at a time), based on this new development. Their actions must be their own decisions, of course. If they haven't already done so, they should read the "Euto-Shortbusters !" thread.

I got my certificates from Schwab in about 30 calendar days from when I called. I could post exact the timing I've experienced with Schwab and E*Trade, if there is any interest.

Well, I believe I voiced my opinion and whenever we run out
of possible explanations perhaps mine won't seem that
off the wall.

Alan,

I spoke with "Jim Donnely" at the TA today, 3:40 est. he told me the current outstanding shares are 85,000,000. I asked if he had more to retire and as you already stated he informed me that they are done.
When I asked "So as far as you know there are no more shares to retire" he got a bit unnerved. His reply was "I didn't say that, there are no more to retire at this moment but a request to retire more could be on the way". To me it sounds like he is back peddling from what he told you.
I called because I wanted to see if he was consistant with his answers to both of us.
He is also going to get back to me with the latest share holder count,
he was not sure if he could give out that info to me over the phone. I left my name and number, we'll see.

Alan,
As the author of the amusing post you quoted <G>, I thought I'd say that my broker has finally stopped jerking me around. I got my cert in the mail today (only took 7 1/2 weeks!---SHEESH!). It's not much, but I'm doing my part.

I'll e-mail you with the same info.
