Judith;

The company can't retire the shares it has to be done by the Transfer Agent. The following is part of what Eutro's press release states;

Eutro Group Holding, Inc.
(NASDAQ EBB:EUTO) submitted to their transfer agents 15 million shares of
common stock to convert to preferred stock.

In addition 4 million more are being processed and sent for exchange
reducing the total issued and outstanding by 19 million shares.

In addition, approximately 2.5 million more common shares from shareholders have been sent for processing to the transfer agent.

Notice were it states submitted and sent to the Transfer agent. Eutro has done there part and submitted the shares to the TA to be processed. As far as I am concerned Eutro has done there part.

As far as the transfer Agent it's been one excuse after another I know it to be a fact because I have been told one thing and they state another scenario shortly after.

Also it seems like to me the TA processed the shareholders certs; first and held back on the proposal shares as some short of insurance Aprrox;22 Million . Why has the TA stopped at 85 Million? He stated many times he had 22 Million plus to process? The 19 Million was sent to the TA from Eutro on Sept 4 to be retired and exchanged for preferred and warrants we are into November and still waiting? Eutro has a business to run but I let them know strongly on Friday that the TA was not processing the shares based on Eutro's news releases and they acknowledged my concerns and expressed to me that the releases were accurate.

As far as the 50 Million shares I can't give you a date when they are prepared to buy back the shares, but Eutro is planing on buying them back they have a contract to enable them to do so at .0035.

Like I say over and over things need to be kept simple right know the obvious step to take place is for the 33.5 Million shares to be processed and retired a large portion of those shares have not been processed. Why?

Anyway Eutro has been informed by me and I am sure a few others we will just have to wait and see what they plan to do about it.
