This additional "stimulus" (wink, wink) BO debt isn't creating one single job. It's just another bailout -- this time, for state government.

The best hope for North Carolina, said Clegg, is for Congress to forgive a portion of the debt, if not all of it.

Geez, so why wouldn't every state want to borrow for their unemployment funds?
