Pure theory... the only thing the taliban and al quaida heard in obumbles surrender monologue lat night was "July 2011," that was all they needed to hear... conditions and qualifiers don't mean anything, I'm surprised they're not dancing in the streets and holding a parade after obumble's incoherent speech... FACT: Not a single waw in all of history has every been won without intelligence gathering on the ground, that means human intelligence gathering... this is true for the Civil War in the 1860's, true for the Spanish American War, true for the Trojan War, and so on... when you announce (qualifiers are meaningless) that you're leaving in 18 months you will never be able to create and coordinate a human intelligence gathering network, these afghans will never work with the Americans and risk their lives because they know that after we leave they and their families will be rounded up, shot, and then buried in a mass grave...
