War is about territory. Granted, sometimes the word is used metaphorically, but in those cases no one suggests that we need to set up military tribunals because the term was used. Except in the case of "the war on terrorism". Some, like i-node, want to claim that military tribunals should be used because of this metaphorical use.

Which is pretty dumb.
