lets examine this statement...

"that all information contained on the current official birth certificate matches the original"

That statement does not mean or imply that all the information on the original is also included on the current official certificate.

It is possible the original contains signatures of others present at the time of birth. The original ink, paper, fingerprints, etc. a plethora of information not included on the current official certificate.

Do you agree the current official certificate and the original are not the same document? That they are indeed two different documents?
