Iran is in compliance with the NPT agreement, last I time I checked.

According to WHO?

Because according to the IAEA, the international agency tasked with guaranteeing that those countries which have signed the NPT only pursue PEACEFUL nuclear power (which Iran has EVERY RIGHT to possess), Iran is NOT in compliance:

en.wikipedia.org

And BOTH Iran and Pakistan (via A.Q. Khan) were in violation of the NPT:

washingtonpost.com

Iran had been seeking nuclear weapons technology for over 17 years before their activities were unveiled in 2003.

As for attacking Iran, I would love to see the opposition overthrow the current thugs in power there, comply with the NPT and develop PEACEFUL Nuclear energy, if they so desire.

I'd rather that neither the US, nor Israel, be required to take military actions.

And btw, Israel did not sign the NPT, so don't attempt to use that argument.
