Yeah.. just as you love to make Nassrallah's Hizballah forces to be some kind of "boy scouts",
LOL, you wish they were boy scouts, Israel would have claimed victory by now.

when they are a Iranian/Syrian supported "state within a state" who's agenda of perpetual war until Israel is conquered bears little resemblance to what the rest of the Lebanese people desire.
I believe that they are a state within a state for no fault of their own. As we discussed earlier, they fill gaps where the Lebanese government neglected to fill. They are now part of the government.

I remember Bashir Gumael told to the world to leave Lebanon alone, not long after that he was killed. Ask your brother-in-law, I am sure he would tell you stories.

Obviously if the UN forces there can't be relied upon to assist the Lebanese army in accomplishing it, someone else will have to do it.
You and what army? You need to support the Lebanese government fully, not just by talk. Arm the military with the latest and greatest, force the government to take care of its people and I mean all people not just through sectarian lines. I then believe, the Lebanese army will be able to take care of Hizbo. The army is weak, we have seen it backing down against Hizbo. Bottom line support the Lebanese government, fortify the army and stop the corruption in government and Hizbo will be no more.
