That would be my guess. The guys a genius...a lunatic genius, but genius nonetheless. If he cant hurt the world using military force why not try to hurt the economies. Plunging the world into economic woe would be much more powerful and far reaching anyway IMO. I have no doubt he will fail...but the guys gonna give it his best shot cause thats what Allah is telling him to do. Quoted from the official al Iraq newspaper:

IMO, the markets will look at Iraq and Saddam Hussein like a bothersome gnat. I don't think it will effect much. This war has already been won. That VX Gas does seem pretty nasty though. If he launches some of it into Isreal or Europe, that would be bad news. I am sure the cameras are on alert looking for any suspicious movements and doubt he could pull it off. Sounds like they are going to blast him. Pretty sad stuff all around.
