I think I may try the Chili for a Crowd recipe with chocolate next time to see what it adds. I've never cooked much with chocolate before, and was impressed with the addition that it made to the Rick's chili.

Years ago I used to make a Mole, and absolutely loved it. But it was very time consuming (37 ingredients)and I don't have the patience anymore.

The mole recipe I posted was fairly simple, but "real" mole is, as you say, very complex and time consuming.

The best mole I have ever had was at a Oaxacan restaurant that served at least 6 completely different and delicious moles. But the mole negro (black mole) is the bomb.
