Keep it as a Navy/Coast Guard base to patrol the Puerto Rican trench/Haitian coast area. Yeah I know it was leased. When does the lease run out? Perpetual? If we normalize then maybe the Cubans will be glad to sign it over. How about a nice cruise ship port?
