Know the RUT, S&P has components facing rotation.....as one part of the universe declines, another part asserts. the s&p is wondering who from down under becomes its constituent parts, the process may take much of 2010 to provide the hindsight answers generalized to the present situation.. you cannot assume old values will be good future values, stalking dips wholesale is not healthy..........better know what it is your buying, whose business plan is declining versus whose is rising.......from here on; this is not an all boats market. Agree generally with your understanding...... Investors have been hosed royally by systemic intent....
