I am hearing that Alaskan Airlines is adding a route San Jose to Kona and probably other routes as well. That might bring some better pricing back to accessing the Big Island. I look forward to that. That lot sounds interesting.

2011 times out well with CR's old chart of loan risk categories. 5 year ARMs from 2005 should be through their reset events by then. Who knows what comes next.

I've been working to get my daughter and husband out of their 10 year ARM which has 5 years to go. I don't think rates will drop much more. It time for them to face the music and get a fixed.
