When I posted it, I actually was thinking more about the hikers than hunters. I just didn't want to slap too much up at once. The hikers in the snow covered mountains, the Grand Canyon, the Everest climbers etc

In the Washington, D.C. area there are always rescues of rock climbers along the Potomac River. It's routine------people who get rescued are often those who have no idea of the fury of the Potomac River.

Sometimes they get rescued and sometimes they die in the water.

That's part of life------one cannot make a rule or regulation to protect every person from everything.
